Founded by Vicki Drysdale, Victorious Express was inspired by her personal journey caring for her late mother through cancer and dementia. That experience deepened her compassion, sharpened her understanding of what families need in challenging times, and ignited her mission to bring comfort, connection, and ease to others.

With more than 15 years of professional experience in project management, human resources, and customer service, Vicki brings a unique blend of organizational skill, reliability, and heartfelt care to every client interaction. She is also a proud mom to her daughter Mariah and fur mama to Asia, her spirited German Shepherd.
